Under what circumstances do we replace the product?
1. Wrong Item delivered.
2. Expired product delivered.
3. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/Tampered product.
4. Incomplete order or missing products
5. Item not received but Package delivered.
Wrong Item Delivered
1. If you receive the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery. Email a picture of the incorrect item and your order ID to newbornathima@gmail.com.
2. We will review your request within 1-2 business days (except weekends).
3. We will raise a reverse pick-up request through our courier partner. In case reverse pickup is not available, we shall guide you with alternate options.
4. As soon as the wrong product is picked up (unused and not damaged) from your location, we will ship the correct item depending on stock availability or issue a refund.
Damaged Item Received
1. If you receive a damaged item, you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery. Email a picture of the damaged item and your order ID to newbornathima@gmail.com..
2. We will review your request within 2 days.
3. We will raise a reverse pick-up request through our courier partner. In case reverse pickup is not available, we shall guide you with alternate options.
4. As soon as the damaged product is picked up (unused) from your location, we will ship the correct item depending on stock availability
Order Cancellation
1.We allow order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2.If Athima Nature Products your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.
Terms and Conditions of Refund
1. Allrefunds should be credited within seven business days. We recommend contacting your bank/credit card company. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at newbornathima@gmail.com..
2. Wecan only accept orders and returns for orders placed on newbornbaby.in.
3. All order-related queries are to be raised with newbornathima@gmail.com. Our social media channels are only a marketing medium, and we try to address such issues to the extent possible. Customers are advised to raise requests via email to customer care as these queries take time to resolve.
We will not be able to refund or replace products in the following cases:
1. Opened Product/Altered product.
2. Original packaging, mono cartons, or labels are missing.
3. If the replacement request is not generated within 3 days from the date of delivery, it will not be eligible for processing.
